Luckily all is well here too, if somewhat extreme… it wasn’t the best time for 
a family member to have a stem cell transplant and zap her entire immune system 
but thankfully no issues so far... Hope you are OK too…?

I was going to say ‘I haven’t been in the office much lately’ but what I mean 
is that I really haven’t been doing much work lately :-) This had genuinely 
fallen off my radar - apologies and thanks for picking this up. 

I didn’t ever wrap up Ekr’s last comment and I just noticed a Intdir review 
(based on the current version) which I haven’t looked at in detail. I can 
certainly try to at least address Ekr’s comment and do a revised ID with just 
the IETF Last Call comments before 9th, but I’m also OK with postponing if that 
makes life easier….
