Agree. There doesn't even seem to be consensus that this part of the
document concerns security. A lot of the terms in this thread, like "user"
and "security", are being stretched pretty far.

Some sections of this document read more like industry advocacy than an
IETF document to me. Advocacy is fine, but I am not sure it belongs in an
RFC.
