On monetising, wouldn't the .com name space, almost regardless of the cost, be 
the most prevalent name space for monetisation? Smaller namespaces, again 
regardless of cost, I would have thought would not be so popular as people 
don't really know of them.

The evils of monetising aside, you're kidding right? How can you assume
that? You'd think that namespaces that were cheaper, less restrictive,
catered to a larger population etc. would have a higher prevalence of
monetising.
