Does dnsdist handle pipelining, as defined in RFC 7766 sections 6.2.1.1 and 7, and RFC 7858 section 3.3?
Rough tests seem to indicate that no; I send N requests over DoT, then listen for replies, and the replies arrive in the exact same order as the requests, even if the first request is slow.
