hi -- many thanks for providing dnsmasq. it's a nicely scaled solution to the "but all i've got is a few hosts" class of network management problem.
in trying to figure out whether a HUP would cause all the right stuff to be reloaded, i noticed that there's no mention in the man page of what happens to the DHCP side of things after SIGHUP is received. from the code i see that /etc/ethers is re-read -- so perhaps this could be noted in the dnsmasq.8 man page. thanks! paul p.s. and, while you're in there: %s/inlcuding/including/ %s/definately/definitely/ %s/invokations/invocations/ =--------------------- paul fox, p...@foxharp.boston.ma.us (arlington, ma, where it's 16.9 degrees)
