many thanks for providing dnsmasq.  it's a nicely scaled solution
to the "but all i've got is a few hosts" class of network management
problem.

in trying to figure out whether a HUP would cause all the right stuff
to be reloaded, i noticed that there's no mention in the man page
of what happens to the DHCP side of things after SIGHUP is
received.  from the code i see that /etc/ethers is re-read --
so perhaps this could be noted in the dnsmasq.8 man page.
