Hi,
we are observing the following behavior
- have a “server=/mydomain.eu/1.2.3.4 <http://mydomain.eu/1.2.3.4>” in our
configs
- issue a query like “www.mydomain.eu <http://www.mydomain.eu/>” which is a
CNAME for “totally.other.domain.com <http://totally.other.domain.com/>”
- resolution fails - the CNAME is not followed
- if I remove the “server=/mydomain.eu/1.2.3.4 <http://mydomain.eu/1.2.3.4>”
the CNAME is followed and the resolution works pretty well
is this expected/intended?
