I don't myself think that this is the right place to go into detail like
that. Representations of IPv6 addresses are applicable in many
situations, and ought to be covered independently in a more "obvious"
place. IMHO, of course.

I will wait a few more days to see if further comments come in, and then
I will update my draft to include Itojun's suggested points, and then
publish a new draft for everybody to consider.
