I oppose this document. I won't go into details since none of my
objections have ever been addressed, other than to say "We addressed
your objection" with a frivolous change or no change at all. Reposting
the details seems an utter waste of time.

If this document is eventually approved by the WG, I will file a
detailed objection with the IESG.  I see no point in further detailed
discussion until that event transpires, except to note that I remain
opposed.  I don't expect my opposition to change unless the previously
noted problems are addressed, and so far, they've either been ignored or
frivolously handled.  I believe the objections of others have also been
ignored or frivolously handled.
