One might recall how wonderful the original secondary.com (a secondary DNS 
service once upon a time run by Nominum) gave the administrator real BIND 
configuration sniplets as part of setting up TSIG. Anyone being abel to edit 
named.conf could configure TSIG using this type of setup.
