Dear folks,

As you have seen, a new version of the long-awaited DPS framework has finally
been posted. But before you dive headlong into the document, aroused from your
enthusiasm, I'd like to ask for some patience and present the most important
updates here first:

 - The difference between a DNSSEC Policy (DP) and a DNSSEC Practice Statement
(DPS) has been clarified
 - Added some definitions which might be worth looking at
 - Shortened the legal section
 - Changed language to target a more generic audience (not just registry
managers or operators)

I've also incorporated some changes from the most valuable feedback we've
received from some of you.

At this point, we are quite happy with the document. It has reached a point
where it might be time to wrap up and go for WG last call?
