Wide area Bonjour is a seperate issue.  Note the second check box
on the dialog is for doing that.

Mac OS X will send the UPDATE to the nameservers for the zone if
there isn't a _dns-update._udp srv record.  DynDNS says to add the
srv record as they have a seperate update server.
