Greetings, We've recently updated our draft on "DNSSEC Trust Anchor Publication for the Root Zone". Implementations include Unbound, Nominum Vantio and Microsoft Windows Server 2012. If there are other implementations out there, please let us know.
Issues with this draft can be submitted via email to the authors, or via https://github.com/kirei/dnssec-ta-draft/issues.
