FWIW….I wasn't thinking of WGLC as an assertion the document was ready to publish as-is, which we'd move forward unless actively challenged with an argument that it wasn't. I was thinking of it more as a question: "Does this document we've been working on have consensus support that it's ready to publish? If not, what do you think it still needs in order to get that consensus?" For anyone pondering additional comments-- if you have comments please make them, so we can answer the second part of the question as well as the first. thanks, Suzanne
