Port based virtual (without port numbers in URLs) hosting.
With the following extended reverse look up:
1.0.132.32.112.131.in-addr.arpa. PTR a.example.com
2.0.132.32.112.131.in-addr.arpa. PTR b.example.com
it is better than name based ones.
