I would like to apologize for asking you to sit down.
My interpretation of the statement was that:
We do not have scope to address a charter item because it belongs at
icann.
We need to either address it or inform the iesg that we are not going
to fulfill our current charter.
It could reasonably have been interpreted as a question about how we
aportion our time. I am clearly abusing my position in either case
for which I am sorry.
