Dear DNSOP WG,

Following lengthy discussion, including the latest consultation with the.
Working Group on bailiwick and in-domain/sibling name servers terminology, the
authors and chairs believe this document is ready for Working Group Last Call.

As described earlier, draft-ietf-dnsop-rfc8499bis has a normative dependence on
draft-ietf-dnsop-glue-is-not-optional, so we’re putting both in Working Group
Last Call together.

This starts a Working Group Last Call for:
draft-ietf-dnsop-glue-is-not-optional.

Current version of the draft is available here:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dnsop-glue-is-not-optional

The Current Intended Status of this document is: Proposed Standard.
Please review the draft and offer relevant comments, including review of
whether the text in this document adequately supports the updated definitions
offered in 8499bis.

As usual it’s helpful to have statements of support from those who believe this
document is ready to advance. Also as usual, if someone feels the document is
*not* ready for publication, please speak out with your reasons.

This starts a two week Working Group Last Call, ending on:
March 7, 2023

Best,
Suzanne
