The 7 day followup WGLC for draft-ietf-dnsop-svcb-https has finished up,
and I thank folks for their reviews of the changes.
I've added a comment to the shepherd write up about the reasoning behind
this and a link to Warren's email to the reasoning.
I've pushed it back to the IESG and thanks everyone for their patience
