Hello, As a companion to draft-dyson-primary-zonefile-initialisation, it occurred to me that it would also be useful to have a signer that is consuming a catalog to automatically initialise DNSSEC policy for a new member zone. Like the other draft, there is an appendix with thoughts as I was writing. There's certaily more detail to iron out, but I wanted to circulate the idea for feedback. Feedback, thoughts and comments would be gratefully received.
