FYI, one of the points of collecting a bunch of publication points is to
get a diversity.  Whether or not the current roots are listed are
subject to their opinion (not all support *XFR now) and the communities
and IANAs.

Do note that you can currently AXFR from ICANN directly
(https://www.dns.icann.org/services/axfr/)

(you can also AXFR from my localroot project: localroot.isi.edu, which
provides more data than just the root too).
