Hi DNSOP, Following up on the discussion, I have published revision -02 of the draft addressing the feedback received on the list.
The main additions are: record deletion semantics, a concurrency model, expanded IP validation against all RFC 6890 reserved ranges, authorization scopes, and formalized backward compatibility provisions. The comparison with RFC 2136 has also been expandedd.
