I agree with Jan Schaumann that this could use a little more context in the Terms section.
Mainly though I'm concerned about TXT vs SVCB. While I appreciate the research you did to identify DNS hosting platforms that are still behind the times with regards to implementing full support for SVCB, if this is primarily for the benefit of the leading edge of AI technology, then we should expect such companies to use the modern technology of the DNS as well. This is exactly the sort of thing that SVCB was designed to handle, and I'm going to have a hard time getting behind a new formatted TXT record. It looks like some legwork needs to be done to get a better understanding of the SVCB deployment plans of the called-out platforms.
