the document keeps getting suggestions or issues raised in a four month 
cadence. each and everyone is "minor". This document is olde then my current 
job for which i for my 5 year memorabilia.

this document is already like three years too late. you can start right away on 
a bis document but what we have really needs to have the visibility of an RFC - 
not a draft, so people can point to it for vendors and developers and say "do 
it like that". I believe getting the current doc out with a bis doc starting up 
right away is far better than another 4 month cycle of not having an RFC to 
point to for simple common domain verification techniques for non-dns 
developers.
