easyDNS would support this and implement.

Bill C-8 here in Canada is overly vague in what it compels ESPs (Electronic Service Providers) to do - including takedowns - /and /slaps them with a gag order barring them from informing their customer.

It would be handy to be able to reference a fully baked censorship transparency protocol at the IETF level in policy-making discourse.
