Finally I just got the time to read your report. I'm glad to see,
maybe the first technical ccTLD benchmark. That's good.
Not to knock down the work Mark did, but there have been actually
more reports. See for example Martin Lindner's talk at the ICANN
conference November 2001 in Marina Del Ray. (I never can find the
link on the icann site, but search for the author get's me there
after a while). There is also contineously measurements gonig on
at dnscheck.se. Other people have also reported (some of) these
things.
