[dnsop] Please select appropriate circulation for sub-discussions (Re: [dnsop] Re: Root Anycast)

If you wish to have a technical discussion on root anycast, this seems 
appropriate for the DNSOP mailing list, but hardly the stuff that needs to 
go on the main IETF list - most of the people who can contribute sensibly 
(and want to) are probably on DNSOP already.

If you wish for some reason to continue the thread about inappropriate 
behaviour of IETF participants in a different forum than the DNSOP list, 
the IETF list is the list of last resort for such discussion.

Crossposting seems inappropriate.
