Hi,
I submitted draft-fujiwara-dnsop-bad-dns-auth-03 which describes
identification of the BIND 8 problem.
And I updated slightly and put it on my web page.

I think BIND 8 resolver server problem is not dnsop issue
and I will contact to ISC.
If possible, co-authors and I will analyze DNS cache server query logs
and write new I-D about wrong authoritative server settings.
