Perhaps not.

Certainly it is interesting -- and possibly even productive -- to have the
discussion about Underscore-vs-RR.

However underscore names exist and the topic at hand is whether or how to
register them.

In this context I believe that having a discussion about architectural
preferences is a considerable distraction.

(Since underscore names come from a single namespace and since their use is
based on defined semantics, the idea that a registry is not needed strikes me as
violating basic models of network operations. So for me, the only question is
how the registry should operate.)
