As I wrote to Bob we use glib main loop, which makes things a
little more difficult, because there is no universal implementation,
that can support all asynchronous frameworks...
As a temporary solution we changed the code to use nslookup command,
through a nonblocking pipe. It seems to work fine.
If you happen to support some kind of nonblocking api we will be glad
to use it, instead of system commands.
