oh you got me :) i've always thought that those masterfiles were
horrible to look at. this specific job requires making some minor
changes to the zones once i've scrapped them from my current isp (this
is in preparation to abandon their terrible/frighteningly-low-uptime
dns setup)

but i do think it's a valid point for a feature request. since i'm
pulling several hundred zones spot-checking will be really tedious. it
would be much nicer if the library did some of the heavy lifting
allowing me to focus on the several minor changes that need to be done
(syncing TTLs, changing the NS records...)
