Although I won't attend, I hope to read the presentations afterwards.

As usual, I'd be interested in hearing from the ISPs why so many of them
omit signing their reverse address space/delegations.  (.in-addr.arpa &
.ip6.arpa).  With the announced demise of DLV, this is an increasingly
serious gap for many small customers of static IP addresses. 

Signing and allowing signed delegations is just as important as
providing validating caching resolvers, and should be required...
