Checking of Political corruption (3)
(INDIA)
If we go by the history of any Political Party, we can see that not
a single political party is free from embracement form individual
controlling leader of such party. Whenever, any matter relating any
political party arises in Newspapers, its leaders declares that it
is its internal matter. A political Party entering election era to
control powers, cannot claims it's any working matter as its
internal matters. Therefore, to regulate the Political Parties in
accordance with basic principles of Democracy law would be enacted
to regulate each Political Party by The Election Commission of India
to frame and impose A Model Bye-Laws after consultation with people
and existing Political Parties. Recognitions by Election Commission
should be based on receipts of support of 10% Voters of the Total
Voters at the State Level or National Level in any General Election,
to get a Party symbol, and such recognition should be valid for a
period expiring after completion of next General Election, if
recognition is not renewed by such next General Election. This way
in entire country maximum three or Four National Political Party may
be recognised. Under such Model Bye-Laws selection of the candidates
should be by the Local members of such Political Party, through
process to be referred in such Model Bye-Laws. Parliamentary Party
relating to any Political Party should be based on 50% from the
Members of Parliament or respective Legislature, as the case may be,
and 50% from it's Parent Party.

Today, office of the Prime Minister of India is biggest Political
bargain point. As a result, even most honest or sincere Prime
Minister cannot work just in accordance with the wishes and
aspirations of the people and need for the country. Therefore, the
Election of the Prime Minister should be for a fixed Tenure of Two
years (equal to Loksabha tenure), through following method:
Each National Political Party, recognised according to aforesaid
method, should declare its candidate for the office of the Prime
Minister, sixth months prior to date fixed for the first day of next
General Election for the Loksabha. This way three or four candidates
for the office of the Prime Minister may be declared. Such declared
candidates should be automatically elected as Members of the
Loksabha. Recognised National Political Party which gets highest
Votes through all of its candidates for Loksabha irrespective of
whether they get elected or defeated, in such General Election, its
candidate for the Office of the Prime Minister should be declared as
elected Prime Minister, and candidate of second largest gainers
Party should be Leader of the Opposition in Loksabha.
