Dear Sir / Madam,

You may be aware that I was planning to sit on Fast Unto Death on and from 1st
July 2005 at outside Swiss Embassy at New Delhi (India), on my demands from
Swiss Government to remove its Banking Privacy Law. But, once it was clear to
me that under their Constitution Swiss Government or Parliament cannot change
such without support from people through referendum, I postponed my said
program, for time being.

Therefore, I have submitted Appeal before His Excellency Mr. Kofi A. Annan,
Secretary General of UNO with concluding it that “this problem of International
magnitude will not be solved till some sort of stiff actions are taken by the
United Nations Organisations, which should be directed towards its Member
States that “they cannot maintain any financial or other relationship with
Switzerland or any other country, having Banking Privacy for Foreign Citizen.
Such directions should be imposed for a period, till these countries do not
change their Banking Privacy Laws, to ensure disclosures of the following
details before the authorities of respective countries:

a)      Total amount of "unclaimed" money in Switzerland from each country;

b) Total amount of money deposited in Switzerland with names of
individuals / organizations, address and country.”

However, in my first representation to UNO General Secretary, I accepted advise
from one Mr. Ashim Jain and not referred my program for FAST UNTO DEATH. In
case this will appear that UNO is also not going to do anything, then I will
certainly restore my program for FAST UNTO DEATH, at outside UNO Information
Center at Delhi or somewhere else.

The aforesaid representation is also posted at

In this context this is my Humble Appeal to all of you to sign said Petition
online. Signatures must appear as authentic, as such kindly refer your Email ID
and address. When you signing on behalf of a organisation, kindly refer the
name of organisation.
