IMPORTANT E-MAIL MESSAGE

Dated 24th July 2005

Respected Members

Parliament of India,

New Delhi

Respected Sirs/Madams,

A citizen or a parliamentarian who loves India or its sovereignty cannot keep
quite on the issue relates to Illegal Money in Swiss Banks belongs to Corrupt
Politicians, Bureaucrats, and Organised Mafias.

I hope that in consideration of the seriousness of the matter; you should raise
the issue in Parliament.

A report is roving in the Internet:

RAHUL GANDHI WAS DETAINED BY FBI AT BOSTON AIRPORT ON 21-09-2001

Results are available on search: WWW.GOOGLE.COM. However, issue in this email,
not relating to this matter.

Another report roving on the Internet with reference to Shri Subramanium Swamy:

TWO BILLION DOLLARS (DEPOSITED BY KGB) IN RAHUL GANDHI'S ACCOUNT?

I have also referred contents from this report in a representation to Swiss and
Indian Authorities as well as International leaders including Kofi A. Annan,
Secretary General of UNO to justify that Swiss Banking Privacy Laws in respect
of foreign depositors are prevailing in serious violation of the International
Laws relating to Various Human Rights, and serious impact of which also
encourages to commit Character or Political assassinations of the Important
Leaders form different countries, amounting to direct interference in the
internal matters and sovereignty of such countries.

But third report http://www.sulekha.com/weblogs/weblogdesc.asp?cid=30869 roving
on the Internet is producing terrible picture of country. In fact person posted
the matter gave impression that she had made references from the BOOK: OPEN
SECRETS written by: Maloy Kumar Dhar. I purchased and studied the Book. I find
that first and last part of the posted report appears from the Book. I
contacted Mr. Dhar. In response to my specific queries relates to aforesaid
posting, he replied that first and last part of the posted Report is based on
his BOOK.

References made in the said posted Report are very serious in nature, and most
probably might have been posted with clear object to blackmail or commit
character or political assassination of Smt. Sonia Gandhi, at the behest of
some one else. But, at the same time, if the slightest part of the report is
based on true facts, relating to Important Leader Like Smt. Sonia Gandhi, than
the matter is very serious and concerned to direct threat to sovereignty of
India, as posted report made several serious allegations against Smt. Sonia
Gandhi. She also repeated the aforesaid matter that Schweitzer Illustrierte, a
Swiss news magazine, has alleged in an old issue of 1991 that the Soviet (the
then USSR) intelligence agency KGB had deposited US $2 billion (Rs 9400 Crores)
in a Swiss bank account in 1985 in the "minor" account of Rahul Gandhi managed
by his mother Sonia Gandhi.

In her report she also reported that said Magazine in its issue of 11 November
1991 listed 14 former rulers of Third World countries who had slashed away
money there. Rajiv figured among them. His assets were 2.5 billion Swiss
francs. Amal Dutta of the C. P. I. (M) raised it in the Lok Sabha on 17
December 1991. The (then) Speaker, Shivraj Patil, had the name expunged:
However, last part of the posting, appears to be based on the BOOK which says
that: “On the KGB connection, Dhar writes: "My painstaking research and
intelligence penetration had succeeded in identifying four Union ministers (of
Indira Gandhi's Cabinet) and over two dozen MPs who were on the payrolls of KGB
operatives. Some of them are still around... But the most surprising area of
penetration of the KGB was the ministry of defense and those layers of the
Armed Forces, which were responsible for procurement of military hardware. My
list of these galactic stars did not amuse my bosses and I was advised to
`secure that
information' (sic) in my archive. No one at the top had the gumption of
illuminating the government with the identity of the Soviet targets... The most
interesting case was that of a Member of Parliament who regularly received a
pay packet from the Soviet embassy for covering certain segments of the kitchen
cabinet of Indira Gandhi."

>From the Book I am also understood that Mr. Maloy Kumar Dhar is intended to
>refer several matters relating to misuse of the IB during his Tenure in IB,
>where form he retired as Joint Director. According to Mr. Dhar Most Important
>Political Leaders of the Country with the help of their respective assistants,
>misuses IB for their political or other gains.

Parliament of India should discuss and consider the matter just in the context
of Swiss Banking Privacy laws. This can be placed on record, without any doubt
that Swiss Banking Privacy is causing serious threats against democratic setups
of various countries in serious violations of the UNO Charter and further in
serious violation of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (as referred under
APPENDIX “A”) proclaimed by the General Assembly of United Nations
Organisations. There is no justification to allow Privacy in Swiss Banks for
foreign depositors, from the authorities of respective countries wherefrom
foreign depositors remitting their illegal money. Under the cover of privacy,
permission granted to foreign depositors to deposit the money means permission
to hide their illegal money collected by the criminal or corrupt means by the
corrupt politicians or bureaucrats, Drug Mafia, Terrorists, and unscrupulous
businessmen, at the cost of various rights of the respective citizen and
in violation of various laws of respective countries, thus causing direct
interference in the internal matters of such countries.

I hope that in consideration of such severe impact of the matter, irrespective
of whether such report is correct or totally false, each Member of Parliament
including Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Shri Rahul Gandhi should raise the issue in
Parliament to remove each and every doubt created by aforesaid Report and to
inform the people of India a true story. If it is a false story than person who
posted the matter should be booked with strong iron hands of the law of India
and Government of India should be directed to raise issue relating Swiss
Banking Privacy at the International Platforms like UNO and others to justify
that Swiss Banking Privacy Laws cannot be tolerated any further. Silence on the
part of Parliament will raise doubts that there is some thing wrong at
somewhere.

Since, I have raised very serious issue through my several representations
before Swiss, Indian and World Authorities, referring therein about prevailing
Politics-Crime-Nexus and money in Swiss Banks from the corrupt Politicians
etc., I am ready to suffer any eventuality including my murder. I am placing
this unforeseen doubts on record in view of message given on or about 12th July
2005 by one Police Officer, from Rohini Police Station (Delhi), Mr. Naresh,
that he and his seniors are preparing profiles of myself and my family members.
The Delhi Police and IB has conducted several enquiries, but failed to provide
appropriate security to me, under Political influence of Shri Jyoti Basu, which
was compelled me to live under hiding. In such a circumstances collection of
profile is a serious threat to lives of my family members and myself. Ultimate
results of the issue raised by me may ensure exposures of the illegal money
deposited in Swiss Banks from the Corrupt Politicians and
Bureaucrats and others from India. Therefore any one having vested interest in
the Swiss Banking Privacy, might have used influence to get entrusted to Police
to compile profile of myself and my family members, which may be useful to kill
me or any of my family members, as I and my son have already suffered severe
attempt to murders under Politics-Crime-nexus between Shri Jyoti Basu, his son
Shri Chandan Basu and Mafiadom. In this context I must refer the observations
made by retired IB Joint Director, Maloy Krishna Dhar, as has been revealed in
his book: Open Secrets: “The government, I knew well, was capable of inflicting
any injury on them and me, if I tried to expose the machinations of the mighty
government machinery.”

Sincerely,

Yours faithfully,
