Subject: For DO-WIRE: Query about e-participation
Hello,
I'm currently working on a paper on Chinese e-government practices.
There is a key question on public/political participation... I was
wondering if anyone has come across any good reviews/articles on
political participation online, not in the narrow sense of voting
online but in a broader sense of everyday, informal, politically
aware citizenship? Please feel free to pass on any good definitions
or reviews on this question. Thanks!
Best of summer,
Min
