Public bug reported: If you type in a bug number, e.g. 123456, and select the Launchpad plugin and then its bug number action in Gnome Do, you'll be sent to http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/<bug_number>. This is wrong, since not all bugs are filed against Ubuntu.
