Plugins lag the first time you enable them because they are being
downloaded. Make sure you are running version 0.5.0.1 -- we did
another release to fix a significant bug. I recommend doing the
following:

$ killall gnome-do && rm -rf ~/.local/share/gnome-do/plugins && gnome-do

This will delete all of your installed plugins, after which you can
try-reinstalling them. Many people report that this fixes the plugins
that won't install.
