Public bug reported:
After performing a search using OpenSearch, I would expect Do to bring
up Firefox to the front, even if it's minimized or even in another
workspace. With the current behavior, if my browser is in another
workspace or minimized I have to look for it after the search is done,
which takes away the snappiness of the action.
