Public bug reported: Version: gnome-do-plugins_0.7.98.1-0~intrepid~ppa1_all.deb System: Ubuntu 8.10 64bit Mono Version: Mono JIT compiler version 1.9.1 (tarball)
Ok, sadly more failure of the "Files and Folders" plugin. After the preference page now works and things are actually indexed, the problem comes when trying to open files or folders. You can type in for example your username for the homefolder (replaced my username with "user" in the debug output) and try to open it and nothing happens. Same for files such a standard odt file. Attached once again the debug output. Where it says just "Opening /somefolder/ ..." nothing happens afterwards. Also discovered a second bug, which can be seen in the debug output, but I'll make a seperate report for that one. (Ok heres the link for it: https://bugs.launchpad.net/do-plugins/+bug/319311 ) ** Affects: do-plugins Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Files and folder plugin doesn't open any files or folders https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/319308 You received this bug notification because you are a member of GNOME Do Plugins Team, which is subscribed to GNOME Do Plugins. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~do-plugins Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~do-plugins More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
