Very interesting.  Nice and clean look and feel.  I am always
interested in learning about any government that hosts public
interaction of any sort on their site:  [EMAIL PROTECTED]

What is key about the Dublin format is that elected officials are put
out in front to start polls and discussions.  Because representatives
have power, this makes a lot of sense on a government-hosted web
site. Many of the early government-hosted forums (even though there
are still way too few, maybe ten active forums in the whole U.S. I
would guess) skipped elected officials and in many ways short
circuited the power citizens can gain by working through their
elected representatives.  Also, elected officials can speak for
themselves, while civil servants are often limited to informational
roles in these forums.
