I do not know if this is a related problem, but, I also cannot add users. Whenever I try to add a user get to dialog boxes on says "Password" and the other one says "The username 'josh' is already used for somebody else. Please choose another username". But this is the first user that I have added. Thanks again for you help. Try deleting docbookwiki_guide and importing it again, and note any errors.
