If the translation of the examples in the tutorial can be handled by
the docs build process, then making this a per-translation policy
decision does sound like it would be the simplest near term approach.

As Xuan notes, if folks following a translation with translated
examples also want to look at the English language examples, they'll
always be able to switch back to the English translation of the
tutorial.
