Salaam, IIRC, a dict server just needs a data file abiding by a certain (easy to create) format with a entry/definition pairs (and maybe some more deductible information according to the version/format). So basically, you can use a (few lines) perl script to make the conversion from one of those CVS word lists to a dict server readable datafile. If there's no volunteer for that, I will do the script, but not right now, I'm still quite busy - so give me a few weeks.
One more thing, any client which supports bidi (kdict and gdict probably do since the toolkits on which they're based do) should support displaying dict entries containing Arabic. So basically the road map is: - Complete the translation of the full world list files - Convert them to the dict format (perl script) and concat them into a single dict data file (cat blah_*.dat > mega_blah.dat) - Feed it to a public dict server (or have Arabeyes set its own, it's pretty trivial) It would also be good to add that file to the list of dictionnaries delivered with debian for those who can't afford to use a remote dict server because of connection fees.
