Maybe it is IranNastaliq. I had seen this name in the .noor settings file somewhere... You can ask the Noor developer for more information.
...And someone from here translated it to Arabic. I think he was Bashar Al-Abdulhadi. You might want to recheck it?? download the latest Noor screenshot from here and check the Arabic file for errors and update it as there are new strings in it: http://noor.sourceforge.net/hg/noor/archive/tip.tar.gz
