Now, check the wiki, mainly the pages about صيغة الأفعال في الواجهة and صيغ المعدود. Once you are ready to translate, pick any file from: http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ar/gnome-3-0/ui/ Notify the list, and when you get an OK that no one else is working on it, start translating. Once done, upload the file there and, optionally, notify the list and I'll start reviewing it.
