It seems that gnucash is translated through the translation project, You can get the file to translate from this page http://translationproject.org/domain/gnucash.html or directly from http://translationproject.org/POT-files/gnucash-2.4.7.pot You can use virtaal to translate it. http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/virtaal/index The file is huge, but don't be discouraged: you don't need to translate it all at once; just translate, say, 100 strings and send it (to me directly, the mailing list doesn't accept attachments) for review. You can also skip strings that look like errors and strings you don't understand for now.
