In reviewing this issue I have found too many e-mails coming with recipients expecting free support :-( I'm in the process of updating all my HowTo's so that people are directed to my web site where they can click on a support link and follow directions. Visit my website and click on the Support link to have a look at where I'm going with this. http://netsourced.com/e-smith I have a Support Request Form that does not work well with Netscape. I'll update when time permits. Comments are welcomed.
