Ahhh... and that would be "author error"... I got a little carried away
with the copy and paste! Some of the files in that howto dir have a PHP
wrapper that puts the left hand nav bars on them - and some don't. That
particular one did not... so I just had to change the extension to '.html'
and all is well. (Not that that particular HOWTO is either extremely
useful or helpful... it's one of the appendices from the 4.0 manual that
I put up as a howto when I redid the manual for 4.1. It could really use
some more meat on it... it's in the queue...)
