Hi, Dave

I've looked throught your documentation for students and I'm willing to
help you with it, whatever you need. And I am also ready to write any
needed documenation of high priority (in English).

Calc has got the new functions AVERAGEIFS, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, XOR.
Documentation is missing in Wiki [1](see the red entries), and is missing in the build-in help. The lists sorted upon category in the Wiki are missing the functions too, for example [2]. To find other places where they are missing search for SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, and term "Logical Functions".

You can start with the Wiki to get the content right. Improving the build-in help is more complicated, because you need to work in the core. Do you want to go in that direction too?

To understand, what these functions do, you can use the ODF1.2 specification and of cause try them out. You may also read the documentation of Excel, but be very careful to not copy even the smallest part of it.

Regina

Hi Kateryna

3.x is superseded now by 4.0.1.

Have you already had a look at my documentation for students at:
openoffice-uni.org ?

Please let me know what you think of it.

Yours
Dave
