Hi Dave, Sorry to not get back to you sooner. I have proofread up to but not including p.23 Footnotes. I am attaching the document I have made with the errors and corrections. I couldn't add comments directly to the text as I don't have Adobe Acrobat. Also, I have focused on the text itself and have not checked the procedures. Please take a look at the attached document and let me know if it is helpful as it is or whether you would prefer me to do anything differently. I shall wait to hear from you before continuing.
