Shyam; The first suggestion I would make is that if you have not already, read the Documentation Orientation page at http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/intro-doc.html. Where to start depends on where you feel your strengths lei. All of the introduction material and the Writer documents could use a thorough scrutiny for both grammar and spelling as well as a check against version 4.1.2 to make sure that the documentation conforms to the latest release of the software. Please let the list know what you will be doing and what pages you have done. There is a tracking document at https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide/Status that should be used as well as letting all know here. The document is out of date, but I will update it this week. In the mean tome if you proof read a page mark it with you electronic signature by entering 4 tildes. This will add your signature and the date and time. Any questions you may have either on procedure or on a specific change you want to make, bring them to the list. Small changes such as correcting spelling or grammatical syntax can just be made. Larger changes should be discussed on the list. Regards Keith
